You call, ask them to come to the residence, they tell you they will be there in ten minutes... Ten, fifteen, twenty, thirty minutes pass and nothing... You call again, outside in the rain, and they tell you... there was a little problem, they will be there in ten minutes... Another ten, fifteen... etc., it was a total of 1 hour of waiting in the rain just to open a padlock on the gate... Why didn't they just tell me it would take 1 hour from the first time I called????? :( :( When the locksmith arrived, after an hour, I had already called an Uber and had gone to pick up the key where I had forgotten...
